	The common shares of MedXtractor Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/medxtractor-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	The Corporation is a Calgary-based company that manufactures patented, proprietary small-scale carbon dioxide-based extractors that are used to extract essential oils and compounds from a variety of botanical materials. At present, the Corporation targets the "Craft" cannabis grower. Craft growers are those whose crop is up to 800 indoor-sized plants per crop cycle. In management's opinion, CO2 Extractors represent the state-of-the-art for high-potency, high-purity oils, one of the fastest growing segments of the overall cannabis market. Cannabis oils can be extracted from flowers (bud), trim (leaves) and/or post-pressed rosin "chips" (leftovers from hydraulic press extraction). The ongoing worldwide legalization of cannabis is underpinning the rapidly growing demand for cannabis products with major growth seen in oils due to their utility as feedstock for various ingestion methods. The Corporation owns the patents on its CO2 Extractors.

	La Société est une société de Calgary qui fabrique des extracteurs brevetés à petite échelle à base de dioxyde de carbone qui sont utilisés pour extraire des huiles et des composés essentiels à partir d'une variété de matériaux botaniques. À l'heure actuelle, la Société cible le producteur de cannabis « Craft ». Les producteurs d'artisanat sont ceux dont la récolte peut atteindre 800 plantes de la taille d'un intérieur par cycle de culture. De l'avis de la direction, les extracteurs de CO2 représentent l'état de l'art des huiles à haute puissance et de haute pureté, l'un des segments du marché du cannabis dont la croissance est la plus rapide. Les huiles de cannabis peuvent être extraites des fleurs (bud), des garnitures (feuilles) et/ou de la rose postpressée « chips » (restes provenant de l'extraction hydraulique de la presse). La légalisation mondiale en cours du cannabis est à la base de la demande croissante de produits de cannabis avec une croissance importante observée dans les huiles en raison de leur utilité comme matière première pour diverses méthodes d'ingestion.
