	Debut Diamonds Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis&nbsp; of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every 16.667 pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 26,054,993.&nbsp; The&nbsp; Company&nbsp; will&nbsp; not&nbsp; be&nbsp; issuing&nbsp; fractional&nbsp; post-Consolidation Shares&nbsp; in&nbsp; connection&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp; Consolidation.&nbsp; Where&nbsp; the&nbsp; Consolidation&nbsp; would&nbsp; otherwise&nbsp; result&nbsp; in&nbsp; a&nbsp; shareholder&nbsp; being entitled to a fractional Share, the number of post-Consolidation Shares issued to such holder of Shares shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number of Shares. In calculating such fractional interests, all Shares held by a beneficial shareholder shall be aggregated.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on December 10, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

		Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on December 9, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Debut Diamonds Inc. a annoncé une consolidation de ses actions émises et en circulation sur la base d’une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour chaque 16,667 actions ordinaires pré-consolidation. 
	Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 26 054 993. La Société n’émettra pas de fraction d’actions postérieures à la consolidation dans le cadre de la consolidation. Lorsque la consolidation entraînerait autrement un actionnaire ayant droit à une fraction d’action, le nombre d’actions postérieures à la consolidation émises à ce détenteur d’actions sera arrondi au nombre entier d’actions le plus proche. Dans le calcul de ces intérêts fractionnaires, toutes les Actions détenues par un actionnaire véritable seront agrégées.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 10 décembre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 9 décembre 2019. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
