Le 12 decembre/December 2019

	Squire Mining Ltd.&nbsp; has announced a name and symbol change to Taal Distributed Information Technologies Inc. (TAAL). And a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 12,970,331.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on Monday, December 16, 2019.
