Le 30 décembre/December 2019

	IMC International Mining Corp. has announced a two (2) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. &nbsp;Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on December 31, 2019.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 27,205,392 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on December 30, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the two-for-one stock split.
