	Urbana Corporation has declared a regular dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share on the issued and outstanding common and non-voting Class A shares of Urbana. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2020 to shareholders of record on January 17, 2020.

	The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an “eligible dividend” for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

	Urbana will begin trading ex-dividend on January 16, 2020.

	Urbana Corporation a déclaré un dividende régulier de huit cents (0,08 $) par action sur les actions ordinaires et les actions de catégorie A émises et en circulation d’Urbana. Le dividende est payable le 31 janvier 2020 aux actionnaires inscrits le 17 janvier 2020.

	La Société avise par la présente ses actionnaires qu'elle désignera le montant intégral de ce dividende comme un «dividende déterminé» aux fins de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu (Canada).

	Urbana commencera la négociation ex-dividende le 16 janvier 2020.
