	At the request of the company the common shares of Park Lawn Company Limited will be delisted at market close on February 10, 2020.

	The delisting has been authorized by a resolution of the shareholders of Park Lawn at a special meeting of shareholders held on February 4, 2020 (the "Meeting"). This decision was approved by a majority of the shareholders who voted on the matter at the Meeting and also by a "majority of the minority" shareholders who voted on the matter at the Meeting.

	La radiation a été autorisée par une résolution des actionnaires de Park Lawn lors d'une assemblée extraordinaire des actionnaires tenue le 4 février 2020 (l '«Assemblée»). Cette décision a été approuvée par une majorité des actionnaires qui ont voté sur cette question à l'Assemblée et également par une majorité des actionnaires minoritaires qui ont voté sur la question à l'Assemblée.
