	Metamaterial Inc. (“MI”) is a developer of smart/advanced materials specializing in nanocomposites, nanofabrication and machine learning. Using specialty machine learning algorithms, MI designs and then produces with its proprietary equipment, original and functional products. MI is seeking to apply its technology to revolutionize certain light-enabled products from solar solutions to aircraft safety to consumer electronics to medical devices.
