	Pasha Brands Ltd. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common shares for every twelve (12) pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 16, 216, 615 common shares.

	Pasha Brands has been halted for extended period. Trading will resume on March 31, 2020 on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on March 30, 2020. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
