	The common shares of Silver Dollar Resources Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/mining/silver-dollar-resources-inc">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	The Issuer is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Canada.&nbsp; Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Longlegged Lake Property, located in the Red Lake Mining Division in north-western Ontario, approximately 30 kilometres south of the community of Red Lake.&nbsp; Silver Dollar also has an interest in the Pakwash Lake Property, located approximately 30 kilometres southeast of the community of Red Lake, Ontario.
