	Global Hemp Group Inc. announced a Rights Offering to holders of its common shares in Canada at the close of business on the record date of August 4, 2020. Each holder of common shares on the record date who resides in an Eligible Jurisdiction will receive one (1) Right for every three (3) Common Shares held as at the record date upon payment of the subscription price of $0.02 per Common shares.

	The rights will begin trading on August&nbsp;10, 2020 under the symbol GHG.RT. The rights will expire at 5:00 pm (Toronto Time) on September 4, 2020.

	Trading in the rights will be halted at noon on September 4, 2020.

	Global Hemp Group Inc. a annoncé un placement de droits aux porteurs de ses actions ordinaires au Canada à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de référence du 4 août 2020. Chaque porteur d'actions ordinaires à la date de référence qui réside dans un territoire admissible en recevra un (1) Droit pour chaque tranche de trois (3) actions ordinaires détenues à la date de référence au paiement du prix de souscription de 0,02 $ par action ordinaire.

	Les droits commenceront à être négociés le 10 août 2020 sous le symbole GHG.RT. Les droits expireront à 17 h 00 (heure de Toronto) le 4 septembre 2020.

	La négociation des droits sera interrompue à midi le 4 septembre 2020.
