	Acreage Holdings, Inc. has announced a capital reorganization pursuant to which: ‎

	(i) each Class A subordinate voting share of the Issuer (the “Existing SVS”, currently listed) will be exchanged for ‎‎0.7 of a Class E subordinate voting share of the Issuer (the “Fixed Shares”) and ‎‎0.3 of a Class D subordinate voting share of the Issuer (the “Floating Shares”); ‎‎‎

	(ii) each Class B proportionate voting share of the Issuer (not listed) will be exchanged for 28 ‎Fixed Shares and 12 Floating ‎Shares; and

	(iii) ‎each Class C multiple voting share of the Issuer (not listed) will be exchanged for 0.7 ‎of a new multiple voting share (the “Fixed Multiple Shares”) and 0.3 of a ‎Floating ‎‎Share‎.

	Each Fixed Multiple Share ‎will be ‎entitled to 4,300 votes at all meetings of shareholders of the Issuer and ‎each Fixed Share ‎and ‎each Floating Share will be entitled to one vote per share at ‎such meetings.‎

	The Existing SVS will be delisted from ‎the CSE effective market close September 22, 2020, and the Fixed Shares and Floating Shares will be listed on the CSE. ‎

	Record date for the reclassification is September 22, 2020.

	As a result, the outstanding existing SVS of the company will be reclassified into 70,994,208 Fixed Shares and 30,476,355 Floating Shares.

	Acreage Holdings, Inc. a annoncé une réorganisation du capital en vertu de laquelle:

	(i) chaque action à droit de vote subalterne de catégorie A de l'émetteur (le «SVS existant», actuellement coté) sera échangée contre 0,7 action à droit de vote subalterne de catégorie E de l'émetteur (les «actions fixes») et 0,3 d'une action à droit de vote subalterne de catégorie D de l'émetteur (les «actions flottantes»);

	(ii) chaque action à droit de vote proportionnel de catégorie B de l'émetteur (non cotée) sera échangée contre 28 actions fixes et 12 actions flottantes; et

	(iii) chaque action à vote multiple de catégorie C de l'émetteur (non cotée) sera échangée contre 0,7 d'une nouvelle action à vote multiple (les «actions fixes multiples») et 0,3 action flottante.

	Chaque Action Multiple Fixe aura droit à 4 300 voix à toutes les assemblées des actionnaires de l'Émetteur et chaque Action Fixe et chaque Action Flottante aura droit à une voix par action lors de ces assemblées.

	Les SVS existants seront radiés de la clôture effective du marché CSE le 22 septembre 2020, et les actions fixes et les actions flottantes seront cotées au CSE.

	La date d'enregistrement pour la reclassification est le 22 septembre 2020. 

	En conséquence, le SVS existant en circulation de la société sera reclassé en 70 994 208 actions fixes et 30 476 355 actions flottantes.
