	Further to bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2020-0930-share-reclassification-acreage-holdings-inc-acrgu">2020-0930</a> and the Issuer’s announcement, holders of Acreage shares and certain securities convertible or exchangeable into Subordinate Voting Shares as of the close of business on September 22, 2020 (the “Record Date”), are entitled to receive approximately US$0.30 per share, being their pro rata portion (on an as converted to Subordinate Voting Share basis) of US$37,500,024 (the “Upfront Payment”) paid by Canopy Growth.</p>

	Suite au bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/fr/a-propos/publications/bulletins/2020-0930-reclassification-des-actions-acreage-holdings-inc-acrgu">2020-0930</a> et à l'annonce de l'émetteur, les porteurs d'actions Acreage et de certains titres convertibles ou échangeables en actions à droit de vote subalterne à la fermeture des bureaux le 22 septembre 2020 (la «date de référence»), ont le droit de recevoir environ US 0,30 $ par action, soit leur part proportionnelle (sur une base convertie en actions à droit de vote subalterne) de 37 500 024 $ US (le «paiement initial») versée par Canopy Growth.<br />
