	Sativa Wellness Group Inc., the issuer resulting from a Fundamental Change of StillCanna Inc. (STIL), has been approved for listing.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Sativa Wellness Group Inc. is a vertically integrated “seed to consumer” CBD company that operates in the United Kingdom and the European Union. We have interests in hemp production, CBD extraction, cannabinoid laboratory testing, research programs, wholesale and retail sales. We own two operating facilities in Poland and Romania, which produce CBD isolate and distillate, and a production plant in the UK. Both Poland and the UK have testing laboratories. We sell wholesale and white-label CBD to other businesses and own and operate a variety of brands that market CBD in the retail space.
