	Urbana Corporation has declared a regular dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on the issued and outstanding common and non-voting Class A shares of Urbana. The dividend is payable on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2021.

	The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an “eligible dividend” for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

	Urbana will begin trading ex-dividend on January 14, 2021.

	Urbana Corporation a déclaré un dividende régulier de neuf cents (0,09 $) par action sur les actions ordinaires et sans droit de vote de catégorie A émises et en circulation d'Urbana. Le dividende est payable le 29 janvier 2021 aux actionnaires inscrits le 15 janvier 2021.

	La Société avise par la présente ses actionnaires qu'elle désignera le montant total de ce dividende comme un «dividende déterminé» aux fins de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu (Canada).

	Urbana commencera à négocier ex-dividende le 14 janvier 2021.
