	Effective immediately, TWX Group Holding Limited is suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.  A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission.

	As an inactive issuer, TWX Group is not eligible for an extension to the suspension as provided in section 3.2 of Policy 3.  If the Issuer does not rectify the default within 90 days, the shares will be delisted.

Une ordonnance d'interdiction d'opérations a été émise par la Commission des valeurs mobilières de l'Ontario et la Commission des valeurs mobilières de la Colombie-Britannique.
