	Lexaria Bioscience Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares. At the rate of one (1) new share for each thirty (30) shares held.

	The consolidation will be effected at 4:30 p.m. (EST) on January 11, 2021 with the shares trading on a post-consolidated basis on January 12, 2021.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 3,001,476 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on January 11, 2021. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the one for thirty consolidation.

	Lexaria Bioscience Corp. a annoncé un regroupement de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. À raison d'une (1) action nouvelle pour chaque trente (30) actions détenues.

	La consolidation sera effectuée à 16h30. (EST) le 11 janvier 2021, les actions se négociant sur une base post-consolidée le 12 janvier 2021.

	À l'issue de la scission, environ 3 001 476 actions seront émises et en circulation.

	Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 11 janvier 2021. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs ordres en tenant compte de la consolidation à un pour trente.
