	Further to Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2020-1240-acceleration-of-expiry-date-algernon-pharmaceuticals-inc">2020-1240</a>, Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. warrants will expire on January 21, 2021.

	Settlement Terms:&nbsp;&nbsp;All trades January 19th and 20th &nbsp;will settle for cash next day. Trades on January 21 will be for cash same day.

	The warrants will be halted at noon and delisted at market close January 21, 2021.
