	In connection with the implementation of the amended proposal dated December 8, 2020 (the “Proposal”) under Section 50 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), filed by Nabis Holdings Inc. (the "Company"), all equity and securities convertible into equity will be cancelled.&nbsp;

	All existing equity and securities convertible into equity, including without limitation the Company’s warrants listed and posted for trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol “NAB.WT”, and all of the Company’s existing debt, including without limitation the Company’s 8% unsecured convertible debentures listed and posted for trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol “NAB.DB” have been cancelled, effective on January 26, 2021.

	The current listed common shares will be delisted, effective today, and concurrently an aggregate of 3,700,000 common shares were reissued under a new CUSIP/ISIN 629523309/CA6295233093.

	The Company issued 5.3% senior unsecured notes in the aggregate principal amount of $23,000,000 (the “Notes”). The Notes are freely tradeable and bear interest at a rate of 5.3% per annum and will be listed under the symbol NAB.NT.

	La société a émis des billets non garantis de premier rang à 5,3% d'un montant en capital global de 23 000 000 $ (les «billets»). Les billets sont librement négociables et portent intérêt au taux de 5,3% par an et seront cotés sous le symbole NAB.NT.
