	Bam Bam Resources Corp. has announced a three (3) for one (1) split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder on record as of the close of business on the record date will receive two (2) additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on February 22, 2021.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 76,409,853 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on February 19, 2021. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the three for one stock split.

	Bam Bam Resources Corp. a annoncé une division par trois (3) pour un (1) de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de référence recevra deux (2) actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à se négocier sur une base fractionnée (ex-distribution) le 22 février 2021.

	À l'issue de la scission, environ 76 409 853 actions seront émises et en circulation.

	Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 19 février 2021. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs ordres en tenant compte du fractionnement d'actions trois pour un.
