	The common shares and warrants of&nbsp;Optimi Health Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Each warrant shall entitle each warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and before the Expiry Time, to acquire one Common Share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $1.25.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/optimi-health-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Optimi Health Corp. (the “Company”) is developing a vertically integrated Canadian functional mushroom brand that focuses on the health and wellness food markets. The Company also intends to cultivate, extract, process and distribute high quality strains of fungi products at its GMP certified facility located in Princeton, British Columbia.
