	The common shares and warrants of Rritual Superfoods Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Each warrant shall entitle each warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and before the Expiry Time, to acquire one Warrant Share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $0.60.

	The Issuer is engaged in the business of developing, marketing, distributing and selling proprietary dietary and nutritional supplements containing herbs and other extracts such as fruits, roots, fungi, and vegetables. The Issuer specializes in the formulation and distribution of plant-based products in small batches featuring functional mushrooms and adaptogen ingredients. The Issuer has submitted applications to Health Canada for approval of the distribution of their product across Canada. The Issuer plans to distribute their products across Canada and the United States upon obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and licences.

	Chaque bon de souscription permettra à chaque détenteur de bons de souscription, lors de son exercice à tout moment après la date d'émission et avant l'heure d'expiration, d'acquérir une action avec bon de souscription au paiement du prix d'exercice de 0,60 $.

	L'Émetteur est engagé dans le développement, la commercialisation, la distribution et la vente de compléments alimentaires et nutritionnels exclusifs contenant des herbes et d'autres extraits tels que des fruits, des racines, des champignons et des légumes. L'Émetteur est spécialisé dans la formulation et la distribution de produits à base de plantes en petits lots contenant des champignons fonctionnels et des ingrédients adaptogènes. L'émetteur a soumis des demandes à Santé Canada pour l'approbation de la distribution de son produit à travers le Canada. L'émetteur prévoit de distribuer ses produits à travers le Canada et les États-Unis après avoir obtenu toutes les approbations et licences réglementaires nécessaires.
