	Graphite Energy Corp. (the "Company") has provided information satisfactory to the Exchange that it meets the continuous listing requirements, and the inactive designation therefore will be removed.&nbsp; As part of the reactivation, the company will change its name and symbol to Australian Goldfields Limited (AUGF).
