	The common shares of&nbsp;Black Shield Metals Corp., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/mining/black-shield-metals-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Black Shield Metals is a junior resource exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral properties.&nbsp; The Company has entered into an option agreement with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (“CRR”) whereby Black Shield will receive a 60% interest and up to 10% additional interest in a carbonate hosted gold (“CHG”) project with CRR located in British Columbia.
