	The common shares and warrants of Wondr Gaming Corp., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Each Warrant shall entitle each Warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire one (1) Warrant Share upon payment of the Exercise Price of $0.40.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/technology/wondr-gaming-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Wondr Gaming Corp. is involved in the business of developing its loyalty &amp; rewards business and focusing on acquisitions in verticals such as artificial intelligence applications, augmented reality, and additional assets that contribute to growing its business within the global gaming and broader entertainment industries.
