	VirtualArmour International Inc. has announced a name change to OLDCO International Inc.

	Shares will begin trading under the new name and with a new CUSIP number on August 5, 2021.

	Further to Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2021-0720-symbol-change-inactive-designation-virtualarmour">2021-0720</a>, the Issuer will continue to be designated as an inactive issuer.

	The symbol will remain the same.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on August 4, 2021. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.
