	The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties.&nbsp; Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Leduc Gold Project located approximately 3&nbsp;kilometres south of Jellicoe, Ontario, Canada, within the Thunder Bay Mining Division.
