	KWG Resources Inc. has announce that, following obtaining shareholder approval at the Company’s shareholder meeting held on September 21, 2021, the Company will implement the subdivision of its multiple voting shares (the “Multiple Voting Shares”) on a basis of one (1) existing Multiple Voting Share being subdivided into three (3) post-subdivision Multiple Voting Shares (the “Stock Split”). The subdivision of Multiple Voting Shares is being undertaken in conjunction with an amendment to the Company’s Articles to change the exchange ratio between the Subordinate Voting Shares and the Multiple Voting Shares from 300:1 to 100:1 and related changes to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to the Subordinate Voting Shares and the Multiple Voting Shares.

	Following completion of the Stock Split, the Company will have approximately 4,418,247 Multiple Voting Shares outstanding.

	The record date for the Stock Split has been fixed at November 5, 2021.

	The Multiple Voting Shares will begin trading on a post-Stock Split basis, effective at the opening of markets on November 4, 2021.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on November 3, 2021. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the stock split.

	KWG Resources Inc. - a annoncé qu'après avoir obtenu l'approbation des actionnaires lors de l'assemblée des actionnaires de la Société tenue le 21 septembre 2021, la Société mettra en œuvre la subdivision de ses actions à droit de vote multiple (les «&nbsp;Actions à droit de vote multiple&nbsp;») sur la base d'un (1 ) l'action à vote multiple existante étant subdivisée en trois (3) actions à vote multiple post-division (le «&nbsp;fractionnement des actions&nbsp;»). La subdivision des actions à droit de vote multiple est entreprise conjointement avec un amendement aux statuts de la Société pour changer le rapport d'échange entre les actions à droit de vote subalterne et les actions à droit de vote multiple de 300:1 à 100:1 et les changements connexes aux droits, privilèges, restrictions et conditions rattachés aux actions à droit de vote subalterne et aux actions à droit de vote multiple.

	Après la réalisation du fractionnement d'actions, la Société aura environ 4 418 247 actions à droit de vote multiple en circulation.

	La date d'enregistrement du fractionnement d'actions a été fixée au 5 novembre 2021.

	Les actions à droit de vote multiple commenceront à être négociées après le fractionnement des actions, à compter de l'ouverture des marchés le 4 novembre 2021.

	Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 3 novembre 2021. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de saisir à nouveau leurs ordres en tenant compte de la division des actions.
