(VRT) | CSE - Canadian Securities Exchange (thecse.com)</a>.While the consolidation ratio was also included for reference in this Fundamental Change Bulletin 2021-1217, there is no additional consolidation and the change from CUSIP/ISIN 92347A304/CA92347A3047 to the new 45569M109/CA45569M1095 is the result of the name change only. The consolidation ratio has been removed for clarity.

	The common shares of&nbsp;Indigenous Bloom Hemp Corp., previously listed&nbsp;as Veritas Pharma Inc. (VRT) have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/indigenous-bloom-hemp-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Indigenous Bloom Hemp Corp.,&nbsp;is engaged in the farming and cultivation of hemp biomass for third party processing to extract CBD oils, distillate or isolate. The resulting solution can then be used for the production of many CBD products. The Issuer intends to develop or acquire the rights to additional hemp products such as health supplements, nutritional products, food stuffs and beauty products.
