	Rock Edge Resources Ltd., is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties.&nbsp; Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Stockwork Project, which consists of four mineral claims covering an area of 645 hectares in southern British Columbia, approximately 55 km southeast of Vernon, within the Vernon Mining Division.
