	Following a change of business, the common shares of Yellow Stem Tech Inc. formerly known as Hemp for Health Inc. (HFH) have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/technology/yellow-stem-tech-inc">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Yellow Stem Tech Inc. is a growth oriented company, focused on mining a non-traditional cryptocurrency, Siacoin ( which is the coin of the Sia blockchain that provides hosting space) using efficient mining rigs which utilize less power. We are driven by our core values to operate with transparency, efficiency and sustainability as we work toward building long-term shareholder value.
