	Aurwest Resources Corporation has announced&nbsp;it has received approval its previously announced Plan of Arrangement (“Plan of Arrangement”). The Plan of Arrangement will see the Company spin out its Stellar Stars mining property into a separate publicly listed company (“Stellar Stars SpinCo”), subject to completion of the Stellar Stars Financing, and have five (5) newly formed reporting issuer entities which will be used for the purposes of evaluating future go public business opportunities (the “SpinCos”).

	In connection with Plan of Arrangement, subject to certain conditions, Aurwest shareholders as at the applicable share distribution record date, will receive 0.3 shares of a Stellar Stars SpinCo and 0.0051 shares of each of the five (5) newly formed separate companies (“SpinCo1 through SpinCo5”) for every Aurwest common share held. Aurwest shareholders will continue to own the same number of Aurwest common shares as they did immediately prior to the Plan of Arrangement.

	Aurwest Resources Corporation a annoncé qu'elle a reçu l'approbation de son plan d'arrangement annoncé précédemment (« plan d'arrangement »). Le plan d'arrangement verra la société céder sa propriété minière Stellar Stars en une société distincte cotée en bourse (« Stellar Stars SpinCo »), sous réserve de la réalisation du financement de Stellar Stars, et disposera de cinq (5) entités émettrices assujetties nouvellement formées qui seront utilisées dans le but d'évaluer les futures opportunités commerciales d'introduction en bourse (les «&nbsp;SpinCos&nbsp;»).

	Dans le cadre du plan d'arrangement, sous réserve de certaines conditions, les actionnaires d'Aurwest, à la date d'enregistrement de la distribution d'actions applicable, recevront 0,3 action de Stellar Stars SpinCo et 0,0051 action de chacune des cinq (5) sociétés distinctes nouvellement formées (« SpinCo1 via SpinCo5 ») pour chaque action ordinaire d'Aurwest détenue. Les actionnaires d'Aurwest continueront de détenir le même nombre d'actions ordinaires d'Aurwest qu'ils détenaient immédiatement avant le plan d'arrangement.
