	The common shares of JKS Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	JKS Resources Inc. (“JKS”) was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada and is engaged in the business of exploration of gold focused mineral properties. JKS holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Sowchea Property, which consists of three mineral claims covering approximately 2,280 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of Central British Columbia.
