	Copland Road Capital Corporation&nbsp;(“Copland Road” or the “Company”) has confirmed the effective date for the plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) involving the Company and Broomloan Road Capital Corporation, Edmiston Drive Capital Corporation, Bothwell Road Capital Corporation, Goram Capital Corporation, and James Bell Capital Corporation (each a “SpinCo”).

	The Arrangement is expected to become effective January 31, 2023. As a result of the Arrangement, shareholders of record as of January 31, 2023 of Copland Road (the “Shareholders”) will receive one new Copland Road common share and one-fourth (1/4) of one common share of each SpinCo for each common share of Copland Road held by such Shareholder immediately before the completion of the Arrangement.&nbsp; Purchasers in any trades settling on February 1, 2023 or later will not be entitled to receive SpinCo shares.

	Copland Road Capital Corporation (« Copland Road » ou la « Société ») a annoncé que la Société prévoyait de mettre en œuvre le plan d'arrangement (l'« Arrangement ») impliquant la Société et Broomloan Road Capital Corporation, Edmiston Drive Capital Corporation, Bothwell Road Capital Corporation, Goram Capital Corporation et James Bell Capital Corporation (chacune une « SpinCo »).

	L'arrangement devrait entrer en vigueur le 31 janvier 2023. À la suite de l'arrangement, les actionnaires inscrits au 31 janvier 2023 de Copland Road (les «&nbsp;actionnaires&nbsp;») recevront une nouvelle action ordinaire de Copland Road et un quart ( 1/4) d'une action ordinaire de chaque SpinCo pour chaque action ordinaire de Copland Road détenue par cet actionnaire immédiatement avant la réalisation de l'arrangement.
