	Yellow Stem Tech Inc.&nbsp;(YY) has announced a name and symbol change to Sweet Poison Spirits Inc.&nbsp;(SPS).

	Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on June&nbsp;1, 2023.
