	Rockcliff Metals Corporation (“Rockcliff”) has completed the previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to which Hudbay Minerals Inc. (“Hudbay”) would acquire all the issued and outstanding common shares of Rockcliff (other than shares owned by any dissenting holders and Hudbay) in exchange for 0.006776 of a Hudbay common share for each Rockcliff share held (the “Transaction”).

	The Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of the Hudbay common shares to be issued in connection with the Transaction, and the shareholders of Rockcliff approved the applicable resolutions to give effect to the Transaction.&nbsp;

	The common shares of Rockcliff will be delisted from the CSE after the market close today, September 14, 2023.

	Rockcliff Metals Corporation (« Rockcliff ») a finalisé le plan d'arrangement annoncé précédemment en vertu duquel Hudbay Minerals Inc. (« Hudbay ») acquerrait toutes les actions ordinaires émises et en circulation de Rockcliff (autres que les actions détenues par les porteurs dissidents et Hudbay ) en échange de 0,006776 action ordinaire de Hudbay pour chaque action Rockcliff détenue (la « Transaction »).

	La Bourse de Toronto a approuvé conditionnellement la cotation des actions ordinaires de Hudbay qui seront émises dans le cadre de la transaction, et les actionnaires de Rockcliff ont approuvé les résolutions applicables pour donner effet à la transaction.

	Les actions ordinaires de Rockcliff seront radiées du CSE après la clôture du marché aujourd'hui, le 14 septembre 2023.
