	Resource Centrix Holdings Inc. is a Canadian based Mineral Exploration Company with a mandate of&nbsp;exploration and mineral development.&nbsp; It currently holds an option on&nbsp;the Sylvest Property Project located in north-central British Columbia and is focused on developing the property.&nbsp; In addition, the company&nbsp;continues to look for opportunities to&nbsp;acquire additional properties of merit to assess their potential and engage in developing any mineral potential.&nbsp;
