		XR Immersive Tech Inc. has announced a symbol change from VRAR to VRAI as well as a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every six (6) pre-consolidation common shares.

		As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 15,190,607 common shares.

		The name will not change.

		Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the close of business on November 7, 2023. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

		XR Immersive Tech Inc. a annoncé un changement de symbole de VRAR à VRAI ainsi qu'une consolidation de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour six (6) actions ordinaires pré-consolidation. .

		En conséquence, le nombre d'actions en circulation de la société sera réduit à environ 15&nbsp;190&nbsp;607 actions ordinaires.

		Le nom ne changera pas. 

		Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes ouvertes seront annulées à la fermeture des bureaux le 7 novembre 2023. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ré-saisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
