		FSD Pharma Inc. has confirmed that as part of the previously announced distribution (Bulletin 2023-1124) FSD Pharma Inc. will re-designate all of its issued and unissued Class B Subordinate Voting Shares ("SVS"), currently listed, and the unlisted Class A Multiple Voting Shares ("MVS") as Reorganization Subordinate Voting Shares and Reorganization Multiple Voting Shares. The authorized share structure of FSD Pharma Inc. will then be reorganized and altered by changing the identifying name of the issued and unissued Reorganization Subordinate Voting Shares to "Class B Subordinate Voting Shares" (to be listed) and&nbsp;the identifying name of the issued and unissued “Reorganization Multiple Voting Shares” to "Class A Multiple Voting Shares" (not listed).

		The new Class B Subordinate Voting Shares will commence trading at market open on November 28, 2023.

		FSD Pharma Inc. a confirmé que dans le cadre de la distribution annoncée précédemment (Bulletin 2023-1124), FSD Pharma Inc. redésignera toutes ses actions à droit de vote subalterne (« SVS ») de catégorie B émises et non émises, actuellement inscrites, et les actions à droit de vote multiple de catégorie A non cotées (« MVS ») en tant qu'actions à droit de vote subalterne de réorganisation et actions à droit de vote multiple de réorganisation. La structure d'actions autorisée de FSD Pharma Inc. sera ensuite réorganisée et modifiée en changeant le nom d'identification des actions à droit de vote subalterne de réorganisation émises et non émises par «&nbsp;actions à droit de vote subalterne de catégorie B&nbsp;» (à inscrire) et le nom d'identification des actions à droit de vote subalterne émises et non émises de FSD Pharma Inc. «&nbsp;Actions à droit de vote multiple de réorganisation&nbsp;» non émises en «&nbsp;Actions à droit de vote multiple de catégorie A&nbsp;» (non cotées).

		Les nouvelles actions à droit de vote subalterne de catégorie B commenceront à être négociées à l'ouverture du marché le 28 novembre 2023.
