	American Future Fuel Corporation (“AMPS” or “American Future Fuel”) and Premier American Uranium Inc. (“PUR” or “Premier American Uranium”) have announced the completion of the previously announced arrangement (the “Arrangement”) whereby Premier American Uranium has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of American Future Fuel.

	The Arrangement results in PUR acquiring 100% of the AMPS Shares and AMPS becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of PUR. Pursuant to the Arrangement, American Future Fuel shareholders (the “AMPS Shareholders”) received 0.170 of a common share of PUR (each whole share, a “PUR Share”) for each AMPS Share held. In aggregate, PUR issued 15,540,676 PUR Shares under the Arrangement.&nbsp;

	American Future Fuel Corporation (« AMPS » ou « American Future Fuel ») et Premier American Uranium Inc. (« PUR » ou « Premier American Uranium ») ont annoncé la finalisation de l'accord annoncé précédemment (l'« Arrangement ») par lequel Premier American Uranium a acquis toutes les actions ordinaires émises et en circulation d'American Future Fuel.

	L'arrangement fait en sorte que PUR acquiert 100 % des actions d'AMPS et qu'AMPS devienne une filiale en propriété exclusive de PUR. Aux termes de l’arrangement, les actionnaires d’American Future Fuel (les « actionnaires d’AMPS ») ont reçu 0,170 action ordinaire de PUR (chaque action entière, une « action PUR ») pour chaque action d’AMPS détenue. Au total, PUR a émis 15&nbsp;540&nbsp;676 actions PUR dans le cadre de l’arrangement.
