		FSD Pharma Inc. Class B Subordinate Voting Shares (HUGE) has announced a name and symbol change to Quantum BioPharma Ltd. Class B Subordinate Voting Shares (QNTM) and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding subordinate voting shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated subordinate voting share for every sixty five (65) pre-consolidated subordinate voting shares.

		As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,194,852 subordinate voting shares.

		The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, symbol,&nbsp;and CUSIP number on August 15, 2024.

		Please note that all open orders will be canceled at the end of business on August 14, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

Class B Subordinate Voting Shares (QNTM) et une consolidation de ses actions à droit de vote subalterne émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action à droit de vote subalterne post-consolidée pour soixante-cinq (65) actions à droit de vote subalterne pré-consolidées.

		En conséquence, le nombre d’actions en circulation de la société sera réduit à environ 1 194 852 actions à droit de vote subalterne.

		Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et sous un nouveau nom, symbole,&nbsp;et un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 15 août 2024.

		Veuillez noter que tous les ordres ouverts seront annulés à la fin des activités le 14 août 2024. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de saisir à nouveau leurs ordres en tenant compte du regroupement d'actions.
