	XS Financial Inc. ("XS") has announced the closing of its agreement (the “Transaction”) to be taken private by Mavik Capital Management (“Mavik”). The Transaction establishes XS as a private company.&nbsp;

	The subordinate voting&nbsp;shares&nbsp;of XS Financial Inc. will be delisted&nbsp;from the CSE at market close today, September 30, 2024.
