	Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”) has announced that the previously disclosed acquisition of Acreage by Canopy USA, LLC (“Canopy USA”) has been completed and Canopy USA has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Acreage.

	All classes of Acreage securities will be delisted from the CSE at market close today, December 9, 2024.
