	Radio Fuels Energy Corp. ("Radio Fuels") has announced the closing of the previously announced transaction whereby Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Radio Fuels by way of a plan of arrangement.&nbsp;

	The securities of Radio Fuels will be delisted&nbsp;from the CSE at market close today, February 6, 2025.
