		The common shares of ReSolve Energy Inc. (RESO), previously listed as QNB Metals Inc. (TIM.X), have been approved for listing on the CSE.

		ReSolve Energy Inc. (the "Corporation") is focused on the development and commercialization of advanced biofuel and renewable energy technologies, as well as the exploration of natural hydrogen resources. The Corporation has engineered a proprietary, patent pending acid hydrolysis platform capable of converting residual biomass—including bark, demolition wood, and paper sludge—into three complementary renewable energy products: second-generation ethanol, industrial-grade lignin pellets, and electricity generated via integrated biomass cogeneration. The Corporation also owns a patent pending intellectual property portfolio related to the hydrogen detection and extraction methods in addition to 119 mineral exploration claims covering 6,613 hectares (66 km2) in Québec.

		ReSolve Energy Inc. (la « Société ») se concentre sur le développement et la commercialisation de technologies avancées de biocarburants et d'énergie renouvelable, ainsi que sur l'exploration de ressources naturelles en hydrogène. Elle a mis au point une plateforme exclusive d'hydrolyse acide, en instance de brevet, capable de convertir la biomasse résiduelle – notamment l'écorce, le bois de démolition et les boues papetières – en trois produits énergétiques renouvelables complémentaires&nbsp;: l'éthanol de deuxième génération, les granulés de lignine de qualité industrielle et l'électricité produite par cogénération intégrée à la biomasse. La Société possède également un portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle en instance de brevet relatif aux méthodes de détection et d'extraction de l'hydrogène, en plus de 119 claims miniers couvrant 6&nbsp;613 hectares (66 km²) au Québec.
