	CSE has determined that QuantumCore Ltd. has met the criteria set out in CSE Policy 2A.4 for an NV Issuer. Listed Issuers designated as NV Issuers form the Senior Tier of CSE Listed Issuers and are subject to additional requirements as set out in CSE Policies, and are not considered Venture Issuers pursuant to 51-102.

	There will be no change to the trading symbol.

	Le CSE a déterminé que QuantumCore Ltd. répond aux critères énoncés dans la politique 2A.4 de la CSE pour un émetteur NV. Les émetteurs cotés désignés comme émetteurs NV constituent le niveau supérieur des émetteurs cotés de la CSE et sont assujettis à des exigences supplémentaires, conformément aux politiques de la CSE. Ils ne sont pas considérés comme des émetteurs de capital-risque au sens de la règle 51-102.
