Fox River Resources Corporation (“Fox River” or the “Company”) has announced completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”), pursuant to which Avenir Minerals Limited (“Avenir”) acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Fox River (“Common Shares”), other than Common Shares held by Avenir or any of its affiliates, for cash consideration of $1.10 for each Common Share held.
The Company will be delisted at market close today, July 2, 2026.

Fox River Resources Corporation (« Fox River » ou la « Société ») a annoncé la réalisation du plan d’arrangement annoncé précédemment (l’« Arrangement »), aux termes duquel Avenir Minerals Limited (« Avenir ») a acquis la totalité des actions ordinaires émises et en circulation de Fox River (les « actions ordinaires »), à l’exception des actions ordinaires détenues par Avenir ou l’une de ses sociétés affiliées, moyennant une contrepartie en espèces de 1,10 $ par action ordinaire détenue.
