CDG Investments Inc. ("CDG") has announced the distribution of substantially all of the common shares of Tyler Resources Inc. ("Tyler", TYS:TSX-V, TYRRF:OTCBB) held by CDG, and the distribution of certain cash amounts. 
CDG will distribute one share of Tyler for each three CDG common shares ("CDG Shares") owned by shareholders of CDG, together with a cash dividend of $0.07 per share, on May 12, 2006 to the CDG shareholders of record as at April 28, 2006. 
CDGI will begin trading ex-dividend Wednesday, April 26, 2006.

Record Date: Friday, April 28, 2006 
Payment Date: Friday, May 12, 2006
