<p>Effective at the market close today, the common shares of Arbour Energy Inc. ("ARBR") will be suspended from trading on CNQ for failure to comply with CNQ requirements.  The shares are currently halted on CNQ.<br />
Arbour Energy Inc. will remain suspended until further notice.</p>
