The common shares of Garson Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 19.3 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 8.8 million shares. Garson is a mining exploration company whose business is to explore and develop its current gold properties known collectively as the Squall Lake, McMillan Gold Mine and Copper Prince Properties and to acquire other mineral properties of merit. Garson's intention is to focus on its Squall Lake Property initially.
