2007-0403-(CICM) Change in Trading Currency/Symbol

CIC Mining Resources Limited has requested and received approval to have the common shares of the company trade in U.S Funds instead of Canadian Funds. The change will be effective Monday, April 16, 2007 under the new symbol CICM.U. The CUSIP will remain the same.
